Payment

Our website is equipped to accept payment using Paypal or credit and debit cards if you do not have a PayPal account. Just go to the Checkout and follow the payment instructions.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are free of charge to UK addresses, using Royal Mail (second class). We aim for deliveries to arrive with you within 5 working days of dispatch. If you can’t wait that long for your goodies or your delivery address is outside the UK, please call us to discuss and we’ll arrange something special.

If an item arrives with you in a damaged condition, please let us know straight away.

Returns Policy

If you’ve changed your mind or an item is not as you expected, please advise us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return it. We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund, but would ask that you cover the return postage. Please contact us before posting and return it with the original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged do please let us know straight away so that we can sort it out for you. We will ask you to return the piece with the original packaging and we will of course refund your postage costs.

If an item develops a fault, we offer a ‘no quibble’ refund/exchange policy within 3 months of receipt. Please advise us straight away of the problem and before posting. If an item develops a fault after that time, please drop us a line to discuss.

Gift Wrapping

Our jewellery other small accessories are popped into gorgeous little organza drawstring bags, however, all other items are delivered in plain packaging only. If you would like an item gift wrapped, please select the Standard Delivery (Gift Wrapped) delivery method during the checkout process and add any message you would like to include by checking the Add gift options checkbox and either entering a message for the entire order or a different message for each item.

Please note that there is a small additional charge for Gift Wrapping - £2.50 all items except bags and baskets which are charged at £3.50.
